We had the privilege to attend MongoDB's activation and partner with a variety of experiences such as arcade games and swag giveaways to enhance the event.
Our objective for MongoDB’s activation was to provide branded AI entertainment between sessions that followed super hero and video game motifs, gather contact data (phone + email) from guests, and increase dwell time at MongoDB's activation/break room - which consisted of our photo booth, arcade games, and swag giveaways.
The experience
In collaboration with the venue and other entertainment areas, we placed our photo booth to be strategically visible and easily accessible to maximise utilization.
Our pro camera and lighting setups ensured better results from the AI Booth and higher quality of output content, giving guests better keepsakes from the event - and a generally higher opinion of the experience.
We also implemented bespoke special templates and artworks that were specifically created for this event, encompassing logos, theme colors and the different AI options provided.
This Immersive AI Activation was a resounding engagement success, with 100% of participants choosing to opt-in to our marketing and sharing their phone number or email addresses, gathering 263 contacts and achieving one of our key objectives.
During the 7 hours of the event the sessions never stopped, for a total of 322 uses. The online gallery was enabled and accessed more than a thousand times, as guests viewed and downloaded their content.
Everyone participated and the carefully curated graphics made for an experience that engaged and immersed guests throughout the event. All in all, everything came together to ensure that we were able to achieve every single one of our key objectives while ensuring that the guests at the event had an incredible time.
